SMILE Institutes are the leaders of the future. They took the country by building up their numbers in secret. It started with the poor. It started with lies.
'We have jobs.' 'We can give you millions of pounds, just help us.'
Then it moved onto the middle class.
'We can make you rich.'
Everyone was in need of money. Even the rich.
'We can get you more money.' 'Invest in us, and it will all be fine.'
Then came the day it all happened. SMILE Institutes took over the country. They took it by storm. The previously silent SMILE Institutes had become alive. They pushed people into fear...
And with the fear, came the smiles.
The government fell victim to the SMILE capturers. People panicked. They did what SMILE wanted. Except for the Rebellion...
With the Rebellion, came punishments. People kept in the cells go to the Judges. The Judges aren't human. They are robots made by the people running SMILE Institutes to do what they want. They punish the Rebellion. The ones that don't smile. They go to the Judges.
There, the Judges press buttons on the panel in front of them and spikes go into the victim's back. This is after a small screen comes down with the word 'SMILE' on it. Once the victim is dead (whether they smile or not) a lazer beam fires from a giant smiling face that is behind them. The victim is turned to ashes and the grinning Judges face another victim.
