SMILE are getting desperate. The Rebellion seems to be growing. Citizens are beginning to turn.
Capturers raise the rate of their rounds. Citizens get captured more and more. The Rebellion are rising. SMILE Institutes begin emergency killings, emptying the cells so that more prisoners can be kept. They need not bother, people are going into the cells slower than they're leaving.
The Judges are working over time. The people supply is wearing thin. Everything is getting too much for the bots and they're beginning to bend and break. Humans are becoming exterminators and the cells are going to become abandoned...
SMILE are stepping up their game.
